Customized Reverse Recruiting for Companies
Do you have a high staffing requirement in IT?
Through inhouse recruiting events, the Pitch Club offers companies an opportunity to supplement their own recruiting efforts and, in a single evening, meet pre-selected IT professionals exclusively and on an individual basis.
At the inhouse recruiting events, different teams from the IT department take turns presenting to an audience of selected candidates for six minutes, trying to win them over with transparent pitches and attractive job offers. Afterward, both sides get to know each other better in a relaxed atmosphere and have the opportunity to clarify any questions.
Events can be held either at your own facility, at unconventional off-site locations, or online.

Ab 17 Uhr heißt es “Ring frei”. Ihr pitcht Eure Projekte und Jobs in 6 Minuten vor ca. 60-80 vorselektierten Softwareentwicklern. Es folgen jeweils kurze Q&A Runden, bei denen die Softwareentwickler Euch einiges abverlangen – ganz im Sinne des Reverse Recruiting.

Preparation Inhouse Recruiting Event
The recruiting process begins with a joint definition of the candidate profiles we are seeking. Our recruiters then use targeted active sourcing to identify suitable talent from the Pitch Club Tech community and external networks. Promising candidates are proactively approached and assessed for suitability through phone interviews. Based on this, we invite only those who meet the criteria to the recruiting event.

Live Pitches
In the first part of the event, presenters are tasked with convincing the audience of the merits of their projects, teams, or job openings in an engaging pitch lasting no more than six minutes. The Q&A session that follows provides an opportunity to clear up any initial questions or uncertainties.
1-on-1 conversations
The second part of the event consists of one-on-one interviews and networking. Here, candidates have the opportunity to meet with members of the hiring departments to explore potential opportunities for employment.
Food & Drinks
During the networking event, there will be finger food and cold drinks to keep you energized during the in-depth conversations.
