Pitch Club
Developer & IT Edition

Reverse Recruiting for companies

You are looking for
software developer or IT professionals?

At the Pitch Club Developer & IT Edition, we offer you the opportunity to get to know and recruit 60-80 pre-selected software developers and IT professionals in a relaxed atmosphere.

At our reverse recruiting event, you as a company have to introduce yourself to the software developers and IT professionals in short pitches - the tables are turned.

Die Pitch Club Developer & IT Edition findet mehrmals im Jahr in allen großen, deutschen Städten statt. Darüber hinaus bieten wir Online Editionen an, die sich sowohl nach fachlichen als auch geografischen Merkmalen organisieren.

Reverse recruiting is the recruitment of the future.

PCDE Gespräche

Chrono24 auf der PCDE

Gespräch Entwickler Unternehmen

"Thanks to the Pitch Club Developer Edition, we were able to find and hire highly qualified developers with the right professional, industry and management experience in a very short space of time. The Pitch Club format is unique and meets all the requirements for rapid growth. We were able to report 7 hires by participating twice, we will be back!"

Hamedo Ayadi, Managing Director at Data Transition Services GmbH

"Simply a great format! We have already taken part in several Pitch Clubs and every event has undoubtedly been a complete success. We were particularly impressed by the quality of the applicants, whom we were able to get to know at the events in a relaxed atmosphere. Many thanks to the entire Pitch Club team for the professional organization and great cooperation - we are already looking forward to the next events!"

Bianca Kuhn, Leading Expert Marketing & Communication, CarByte

"Thanks to PCDE #94 on October 28, 2021 in Munich, we have already been able to hire four new colleagues. We are also still in talks with four other potential job candidates."

Marina Wottschal, HR Specialist Talent Scouting, codecentric

"Reverse recruiting - a new experience for us too. But the courage to break new ground was immediately rewarded: with lots of conversations in a relaxed atmosphere, great applicants and a new team member for Lachmann & Rink. In short: a format that every HR manager should have on their radar."

Katrin Anhuth, HR Business Partner, Lachmann & Rink GmbH

"By participating in PCDE #91 on September 23, 2021 in Karlsruhe, we were able to gain four new team members for our cloud environment. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for the very successful event and look forward to participating in further PCDE events."

Tobias Drechsel, CEO, Thinkport GmbH

"For the second time in a row, we were able to find suitable profiles for our vacant positions at the Developer Pitch Club in Leipzig, two of which we ended up hiring. For this reason, we at Telekom MMS are looking forward to being part of the Developer Pitch Club again in 2024."

Svenja Nieswandt, Talent Attraction Manager, Telekom MMS

"For us as a startup, the Pitch Club Developer Edition was a complete success. Numerous discussions, lots of applications and two new, great team members so far. And all this in a very short space of time."

Dennis Röhner, CTO Backend, ForkOn

"We participated for the first time in March 2022 and were thrilled with the event! In the following months we were able to generate 3 hires! In addition, we were able to build an exciting pool of IT professionals! We are looking forward to the next edition in Nuremberg."

Carolin Bauer, Personnel Marketing Officer, NÜRNBERGER Versicherung

"Our first participation resulted in five offers, and two hires made the final cut. We are totally satisfied and are looking forward to the upcoming editions in Frankfurt and Leipzig. Incidentally, we met the branch manager for our new opening in Leipzig at the last Pitch Club."

Daniel Rösinger, Strategic Recruiter, 1&1 IONOS

"With 10 hires after two participations in the Pitch Club Developer Edition, our high expectations have been exceeded by far. We look forward to finding more system developers at PCDE in the future."

René Hoffmann, Head of Ticketing Systems, DB Systel GmbH

"Thanks to the Pitch Club Developer Edition, we have been able to recruit a relevant proportion of our planned FS Accelerator developer team through the three previous participations. A great, fresh format that is effective and also reduces our recruitment costs."

Henning Fredersdorf, Senior Manager at PwC

At the PCDE, you meet developers with professional experience and special quality, which is also highly attractive for us in terms of price compared to other job and career fairs. We have already attended four times and are looking forward to the next one!

Andreas Frommhold, dmTech GmbH

“The Pitch Club Developer Edition has been an integral part of our recruiting for years. After we were able to generate 6 hires at the Pitch Club Developer Edition in Berlin in 2023, we have decided to hold 4 more events in 2024. We are looking forward to the upcoming events.”

Laura Orthey, Business Partner & Manager Talent Acquisition at Materna

“PCDE #197 in Karlsruhe was a complete success for us. Just one week after taking part, we signed our first contract with a software developer and made many other promising contacts. We will definitely be back.”

Nicolas Bräutigam, Head of People & Culture at Daedalus

"An all-round successful event! Excellently organized, in a great location and with inspiring discussions. It was fun to present apoBank as an attractive employer to a specialist audience and to have the opportunity to engage in direct dialogue with potential new colleagues. We will definitely be back again!"

Sarah Lübke, Recruiting at Deutsche Apotheker- und Ärztebank

“The Pitch Club Developer & IT Edition impresses with its relaxed atmosphere and highly skilled participants. The participants' keen interest led to exciting discussions – far beyond the usual trade fair level. The organization was also a complete success: everything ran smoothly and the location was easily accessible. Definitely a worthwhile event for us.”

Tamara Maus, HR Marketing & Recruiting at DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung
