Our recruiting services include recruitment events and direct placement, based on our tech community, which has been growing constantly since 2017 and now has approximately 30,000 members.
For our events, we differentiate between the Pitch Club Developer & IT Edition, which has a regional focus, and the Pitch Club Online Editions, which are held on a nation-wide basis and target specialized audiences. The Pitch Club Online Editions cover the areas of “Cloud & AI”, “Cybersecurity”, “IT Female” and “SAP.”
We are currently offering membership packages that combine both business areas at a limited-time promotional price. The “Pitch Club Membership” offers an attractive introductory rate, while the “Pitch Club Platinum Membership” is designed for companies with greater workforce needs in the IT sector.

What kind of candidates attend your events?
Participants in the Pitch Club Editions come from various fields of IT. The following roles are particularly well represented: Software developers, AI experts, cloud architects, ITProject Managers, IT Consultants, SAP Experts, Cybersecurity Specialists, Data Engineers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and system administrators.
How do you find the candidates?
We identify participating candidates through various channels. They come to us through online and offline marketing efforts, proactive applications from our 30,000-member IT community, and active sourcing by our recruiters via LinkedIn and XING.
What kind of professional experience do the candidates have?
Our events are primarily aimed at candidates with professional experience. Typically, 80% of participants have more than three years of professional experience. Across all events, our candidates have an average of over seven years of professional experience.
Who will be pitching for the participating companies?
We recommend that at least one technical expert deliver the pitch so they can share insights directly from their day-to-day work and current projects. Additionally, having representatives from the relevant departments ensures that technical questions can be answered directly and without delay.
Where are the participants of the editions based?
As a general rule, candidates live right in the city; in rare cases, they come from within a radius of no more than 40–50 km. For our online sessions, we ensure that, for positions that are not advertised as 100% remote, there are enough candidates from the relevant region participating.
How do we ensure that candidates are a good fit for our open positions?
In the run-up to the program, we use a detailed survey to identify the specific needs of the participating companies. We take these needs into account when pre-selecting candidates from the applications we receive and also reach out to suitable candidates regarding potential participation. Furthermore, the quality of the participants is ensured by our recruiting lead’s ten years of professional experience in the IT industry.
Can we still contact the candidates after the fact?
Yes, we strongly recommend that the relevant department reach out to the candidates after the event. To this purpose, we will send a detailed skills list that includes contact information, the tech stack, professional experience, as well as role and position. This list comprises participants from the in-person event, candidates from the livestream, and other interested parties from the IT community. It includes an average of 150 contacts and is transmitted in compliance with the GDPR.
