At the Pitch Club Developer Edition, we offer you the opportunity to meet and recruit 60-80 pre-selected software developers in a relaxed atmosphere to get to know and recruit them.

At our reverse recruiting event, you as a company have to introduce yourself to the software developers in short pitches - the tables are turned.

The Pitch Club Developer Edition takes place several times a year in all major German cities.

Reverse recruiting is the recruitment of the future.

1-on-1 conversations

From 7 p.m. onwards, you will have the opportunity to answer the software developers' technical and in-depth questions in a relaxed atmosphere in the so-called 1-on-1s. These take place in a confidential atmosphere at the respective stations.
