You are looking for IT professionals?

At the Pitch Club Online Editions, we offer you the opportunity to get to know and recruit 60-80 preselected IT professionals online in a relaxed atmosphere.

At our reverse recruiting event, you as a company have to introduce yourself to the IT professionals in short pitches - the tables are turned.

The Pitch Club Online Editions take place as part of an IT Female Edition, SAP Edition, Cloud Edition, Cybersecurity Edition and a Dev & IT Edition.

Reverse recruiting is the recruitment of the future.

Live Pitches

Ab 17 Uhr heißt es “Ring frei”. Ihr pitcht Eure Projekte und Jobs in 6 Minuten vor ca. 60-80 vorselektierten Softwareentwicklern. Es folgen jeweils kurze Q&A Runden, bei denen die Softwareentwickler Euch einiges abverlangen – ganz im Sinne des Reverse Recruiting.

Preparation

From 10 a.m., companies can register for a test run on the platform provided. platform provided. The test run will be supervised by the Pitch Club team.

Online Live-Pitch

The event starts at 5:30 pm. The companies each have 6 minutes to convince the approx. 60-80 pre-selected developers in a pitch. This will be followed by a Q&A session. The entire online event will be accompanied by a moderator.

1-on-1 conversations

After the pitches, the candidates are invited to individual “breakout rooms” at the respective companies based on their feedback and a matching process. There, the candidates can exchange ideas with the companies “in person” at eye level.

Buffet & Party

From 8 p.m., the event turns into the legendary after-work party. With good beats, cool drinks and a varied buffet, the Reverse Recruiting Event comes to an end.
