Pitch club is a brilliant idea. Bringing developers and the companies closer<\/strong>. It bridges the traditional system of recruiting.<\/p>\n

While being informal (most of the pitches are set up in a modern kind of bar\/club) in the way of interaction, it eases up a lot of things. The companies have a platform to offer their job openings in a precise manner (pitches) followed by personal one to one conversations with developers. The developers have the advantage\/opportunity of meeting the representatives up close and personal. The atmosphere is perfect!<\/strong> Chilled out \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

What started as an invite from Benjamin Geng to a pitch club event in Frankfurt, went on to be a very important step in my career transition<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

I was recruited by IDA Frankfurt as a Software Developer. At the same time PwC was also interested in me. I joined Intelligent Data Analytics (IDA) first, as it was quick to set up an interview and also give me an offer.<\/p>\n

At IDA my colleagues were warm and supported me in every way. The work atmosphere was friendly, open and flexible.<\/p>\n

I left IDA to join PwC later on as PwC was still interested in my profile. I started with them in March 2018. And I was lucky to find an amazing team with wonderful colleagues in PwC.<\/p>\n

Moving from Marburg to Berlin was quite a transition for me. Also an emotional one as Marburg was beautiful and so were the people! I feel quite lucky that my hard work paid off and here I was pitching for PwC in Munich as a representative.<\/p>\n

I believe that my journey has completed a circle. Though I have a lot to achieve in life ahead, for the moment this was a milestone that I reached.<\/p>\n

And Pitch club made it possible!<\/strong> I would love to contribute more to such events. Meet new people, share ideas. Pitch club is an amazing platform to do that.<\/p>\n
