7.1 Data protection information for job offers via WhatsApp

This privacy notice informs you about the processing of your personal data when you communicate with us via WhatsApp.

7.11 Nature and purpose of data processing and legal basis

We process your first and last name, your telephone number, your WhatsApp profile name for the purpose of providing you with suitable job suggestions. In addition, we may pass on your data to our partner companies, but only if you explicitly agree to this in the chat, so that they can provide you with job suggestions by phone or email. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para.1 a) DSGVO (your consent). You can revoke your consent at any time with a message “Delete data” in the chat.

7.12 Data recipients and third country transfers

The controller uses a service provider as a processor who supports him strictly according to instructions.
Your phone number will be transferred to WhatsApp Ireland Limited and other third country companies associated with WhatsApp. If you consent, we use the instant messaging service WhatsApp to carry out our service. This means that a transfer of data may take place to a country outside the EU that does not have an adequate level of protection and appropriate safeguards to protect your data. 7.13 Data deletion

Your data mentioned under 7.11. will be used until revoked. After revocation of your consent, your data will no longer be used and will be deleted. Your data mentioned under 7.11. will be deleted after 6 months at the latest in case of inactivity (e.g. no participation in the chat).

7.14 Data subjects’ rights

7.141 Information

You can request information about your personal data processed by us.

7.142 Correction

You can request that your data be corrected if your information is not (or is no longer) correct. If your data is incomplete, you can request that it be completed.

7.143 Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your data. In addition, there must be no regulations that oblige us to retain your data.

7.144 Restriction of processing

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your data.

7.145 Right of appeal

You are entitled to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you do not agree with the processing of your data.

7.146 Data portability

You have the right to receive personal data that you have provided to us in an electronic format.

7.147 Revocation of your consent

You can revoke your consent to data processing at any time with effect for the future by sending “Delete data” in the chat. The revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of the data carried out until the revocation.
